Every report is audited by Hyejin herself before it reaches you, and if anything looks off we re-render it free before you ever see it. It's her trained eye applied to your portrait — not a generic filter.
Hyejin's method does the reading — your photo is analysed against her Korean twelve-tone system, and she audits every report before it's sent. The portrait pages are AI-rendered to show you in your colours, but the season, palette, and every call are her trained method, not a generic filter. If a report doesn't pass her audit, we re-render it before you ever see it.

Stored encrypted in private storage (Tokyo data residency) and used only to produce your reading and portrait pages — handled by the infrastructure partners needed to run the service and deliver your PDF. We never sell, rent, trade, or make it public. Your raw photo is removed around 30 days after delivery, and you can ask us to delete it earlier any time — we process deletion within 24 hours.
We check your photo at upload, before you pay. If a face isn't clearly readable — too dark, a heavy filter, more than one face, or eyes hidden — we ask you to upload a better one first. You only pay once we know it will read.
It happens — personal color analysis is judgement-based, and reasonable readers can disagree. A delivered report is final, but we never leave you stuck with one that doesn't fit: reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we'll re-run your analysis once with a fresh photo at no charge. We'd rather get it right than hand back your money and your time.
Your photo enters the pipeline immediately after payment. Hyejin audits every page before release, and the finished eighteen-page PDF is emailed to you usually within 12 hours. If a report fails that audit we re-render it before delivery at no extra charge; if we ever can't complete your reading to our standard, we refund you in full.
