The agreement between us.

hue is a digital color analysis service operated under the domain huecolor.co. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Each order produces a written color analysis report comprising a season classification, palette of recommended colors, makeup and styling suggestions, and a small set of generated eighteen pages of you in those colors (outfit looks, hair, makeup, contact lenses, final-look portrait). Specific inclusions vary by tier (Solo, Duo, Circle) as listed at checkout.

All prices are in US dollars. Each order is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

Unsuitable photos (poor lighting, multiple faces, obscured features) are rejected at upload, before payment. If, after payment, we still cannot complete your reading for technical reasons, we issue a full refund within 24 hours. Once your report has been delivered, the sale is final. If a delivered report doesn’t feel like you, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we’ll re-run it with a fresh photograph at no charge — we’d rather fix it than leave you unhappy. hue is an opinion-based styling reference. The output is informational and is not professional fashion, beauty, psychological, or medical advice. Personal color analysis is an aesthetic discipline; reasonable practitioners may disagree.

Generated portrait imagery in your report is AI-assisted intended to illustrate how colors interact with your features. They are not photographs and we do not guarantee likeness. You retain ownership of your original photograph; you grant hue a non-exclusive, time-limited license to use it for the sole purpose of producing your report.

Don’t upload photographs of other people without their explicit consent. Don’t upload photographs of minors; hue is for users 18 and older. Don’t resell our reports or scrape our site. We may decline orders or suspend accounts that violate these limits.

The hue brand, copy, design, palette structure, and underlying methodology are our intellectual property. The report we deliver to you is yours to keep, share, screenshot, or reference; the report is licensed to you for personal use and not for commercial redistribution.

hue’s total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to wardrobe purchases, cosmetic purchases, or other actions you take based on our recommendations.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of hue after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer rights you have under your local law that cannot be waived by agreement.
